LOLER thorough examinations
Climbing and rigging kit, examined and tracked in one place.
We carry out thorough examinations of arboricultural lifting equipment and keep every item, inspection and certificate in an online portal, so you always know what is safe to use and when your next inspection is due.
What we examine
Under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), lifting equipment must be thoroughly examined at set intervals by a competent person. We work to the intervals below.
PPE: lifting or lowering a person
Examined every 6 months
Harnesses, ropes, lanyards, karabiners, pulleys, friction devices, slings and other equipment used for climbing and work positioning.
Rigging: lifting or lowering a load
Examined every 12 months
Rigging ropes, slings, blocks, lowering devices, rigging plates, shackles and other equipment used for lifting or lowering loads that are not a person.
